Ubatuba Cambuchi   (Capsicum baccatum)
Uchu   From Brazil at San Jose de Uchupiamonas, Tacana and Quechua Indian towns, over looking the Rio Tuichi in La Paz Department, Iturralde Province. Local name in Quechua dialect. Shrub to 2m tall. Flowers nodding, petals yellow, anthers purple. Fruit to 6cm long, pendulous, shiny green turning red, conical, wrinkled, ribbed. Seeds white. (Capsicum chinense Jacq.)
UFO   "Unbelievably Fiery Object". An unusual shaped pepper.

Ultra Cayenne   Taller, bushy plant with slightly larger and smoother fruits than normal Cayenne. 78 days.
Ultra Pube

Ultra Set   An apple shaped hybrid sweet bell pepper with extra thick walls. Matures in 65 days to blood red. 8-9.5cm in size. TMV tolerant.
Ultra Stuff   A 15cm by 9cm slightly tapered pepper with 2-3 lobes. Red when ripe. 74 days.
Ulupica   Very rare variety from Bolivia and Peru. Originally from Bolivia. Round pod growing to only 0.25 inches. Matures from green to red. Very hot. Flower is blue and has white/cream spots. USDA #573336. (Capsicum cardenasii)
Ulupica Hot   Very hot, red, 6 mm round pepper. (Capsicum eximium)
Ulvilla Grande   From Mexico. (Capsicum chinense Jacq.)
Umakara   Japanese for 'delicious and hot'. Early growing and resistant to disease. Ripening from green to red with fruit 11-13cm long.
Unicorn F1   Heavy cropping, producing many conical, shiny green fruits, turning brilliant red. Sweet Pepper Unicorn has thick walled, sweet flavour, fleshy fruits that can be up to 18cm (7in) long and 8cm (3in) in diameter.
