Orange Habanero 90 days. Just about the hottest chile known. In the Caribbean, similar types of 1 1/2 inch long chiles are also known as "Scotch bonnets" for their shape, that of a tall "tam-o'-shanter" hat. The bright orange fruits are anywhere from 200 to 300 times hotter than jalapenos! Their brilliant colour and intense fiery heat are the classic ingredients in Caribbean and South American barbecue meat marinades and pastes. This strain grows into vigorous 3 to 4 foot large-leaved plants and is specifically recommended for areas with long hot summers. (Capsicum chinense). 75 days to green and 100 days to orange ripe.
