Vegetarian Kosher Chili http://www.recipecottage.com/chili/v-bulghur03.html 4 cans water 1 can crushed tomato (28oz) 1 can pinto beans (16oz) 2 cans red kidney beans (16oz) 1 can solid pack pumpkin 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup diced red pepper 2/3 cup bulgur wheat (uncooked) 1 cup green chilies, chopped 2 1/2 Tbs chili powder 2 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp salt Drain all three cans of beans, put all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 35 min.
