Tequila Chili Blanco 1 lb. ground chicken or turkey breast 1 med. onion (chopped) 1 Tbls. olive oil 1 1/2 cups chicken broth 3 Tbls. tequila 1 cup mild green chilies, Chopped 1 tsp. dried Cilantro 2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 (15oz.)can pinto beans, drained and rinsed. In large pan brown chicken or turkey breast and onions in oil over medium or high heat for 4 or 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in broth, tequila, green chilies, garlic powder, cumin, cilantro, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Stir in beans and simmer for 5-10 more minutes. From: "A1 WBarfieldsr"
