Venison cubed in 1/2" cubes or burger or sausg. 1 large onion chopped 2 Tbsp. chili powder 1 Tbsp vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 can tomato sauce 1 can kidney beans 1 can pinto beans 1 can corn 1/2 cup diced green pepper (optional) Preparation: Brown meat and onion in a heavy skillet. Transfer to heavy pot (I use a crock pot. It can also be cooked in a dutch oven over a fire when camping) Add all other ingredients except corn. Cook several hours stirring as needed. Add corn one hour before serving. Note: Serve with freshly baked flour pone. Servings: Five to Ten
