Chili recipe from the Bolivar kitchen of Kandy Shackelford 3 pounds of ground beef 2 - 28 oz. cans Hunt's Tomato Sauce 4 16-ounce, cans pinto beans (drain 2 cans of juice off) Chili powder Onion powder Black pepper Tabasco (optional) Brown ground beef and drain. Add tomato sauce and beans. While simmering, moderately cover mixture in chili powder. Cover half of mixture with onion powder. Stir well. Add black pepper and Tabasco to taste. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with grated cheddar cheese and corn chips.
