Venison Chili 271790 http://fooddownunder.com/cgi-bin/recipe.cgi?r=271790 Ingredients : 3 lb venison 3 x cherry peppers 6 x strips bacon 1 x green pepper 2 lrg onions 1 tsp salt 3 clv garlic 2 can stewed tomatoes whole & half drained 4 tbl chili pepper 3/4 cup catsup 2 x bay leaves 1 lrg can kidney beans (drained) Method : Grind venison and bacon together.Brown the meat with diced onions, garlic, cherry peppers, and green peppers in oil in a large pot.Add everything but the kidney beans and simmer uncovered pot for 2 hrs.Add kidney beans ad simmer 10 min longer Note:Serve with sweat towels
