Homemade Hotdog Chili posted to alt.creative-cook

1lb hamburger browned and drained
1 small to med onion finely chopped (optional) saute
chili powder, salt, pepper, cumin, any other basic chili seasoning you like
to taste
ketchup

Put the browned meat and sauted onions back in the pot.  Add seasonings.
Add lots of ketchup and taste until you get the consistency and flavor you
want.
