Weight Watcher's Chili http://www.biggsuperstore.com/tbsrecipes/soupsandstews/chili/weightwatcherschili.htm 8-9 ounces of ground beef or turkey 4 ounces of fresh tomatoes 1/2 small green pepper 2 stalks celery 2 tablespoons of onion flakes One 12 ounce can of tomato juice 4 ounce jar of mushrooms 1 tablespoon of chili spice Cut tomatoes into saucepan. Cut celery, pepper, onions and add to tomatoes. Cut mushrooms and add to mixture. Brown meat and add to mixture. Add tomato juice and chili spice. Simmer 30 minutes. Eat all!
