Venison Chili Many thanks to Carl Brishaber for sharing his recipe. http://www.backwoodsbound.com/zdeer28.html ~ 1 lb. ground venison ~ 1 small onion, chopped ~ 1 can tomatoes, mashed ~ 1 can tomato paste ~ 1 can chili beans ~ chili powder ~ salt In a skillet, cook the meat with the onion until brown. Put the meat into a crockpot. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste and beans. Stir in chili powder and salt to taste. Cook on low for 2 hours stirring occasionally to keep from sticking. Serve and Enjoy!
