C.'s Chili posted to Ulmus.net http://www.ulmus.net/library/recipepage.cfm?ID=88 1 onion, chopped 4 TBS cooking oil 1½-2 lbs ground chuck 2 heaping TBS chili powder 1 pint tomatoes 1 tsp red food coloring (if more color is desired) 1 TBS corn starch salt to taste Optional: some sweet bell peppers & small hot one Brown onion in cooking oil. Add ground chuck, chili powder, tomatoes, food coloring if used, corn starch, salt, and peppers if used. Bring to boil, and simmer for 1 hour.
