Senator Gramm's Award Winning Chili http://www.virtualcities.com/ons/tx/gov/txgvpg1.htm Ingredients 2 pounds meat, part ground and part cut into sugar-cube size 1 small onion, minced, or 1 heaping Tablespoon of dehydrated onion Two 8-ounce cans tomato sauce Two 8-ounce cans of water 4 Tablespoons chili powder 1 to 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons paprika (optional) 1 Tablespoon ground cumin (optional) 1/2 to 1 teaspoon red pepper (optional) 2 cloves garlic, minced 4 to 6 Tablespoons flour Brown meat and onions; drain if necessary. Cook meat, onions, tomato sauce, water, chili powder, salt, paprika, ground cumin, red pepper, garlic, and 2 to 3 Tablespoons flour for 1 to 2 hours. Add another 2 to 3 Tablespoons flour and cook an additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!
