Quick spicy chili meat by Curtis Peters lee@curtispeters.demon.co.uk Since I printed off some of your Tex Mex recipes, I thought in only fair to post you a badly needed staple here. There is nothing in there for nachos, so here is my UK adapted recipe for them. Quick spicy chili meat: Ingredients 250g minced beef 2 tablespoons tomatoe puree 1 cup plain salsina pinch of chili powder pinch of masa harina flour pinch of cumin 1 medium jalapeno (green chilli) 2 pinches cayenne pepper Brown minced beef and pour off fat. Stir in tomatoe puree to coat meat then add salsina. Stir in balance of ingredients, add a little water to thin and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes until reduced.
