Add onion and garlic. Cook 4-5 minutes Stir frequently. Add remaining ingredients. Blend. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for one hour. As the chili cooks, skim off the fat. Serve when done or chill overnight and serve the following day.
