Matt's Texas Yankee Chili posted to Virtual Texan http://205.172.60.10/comm/virtual/food/chili/yankchi.htm 1 pound ground beef 6 small cans of tomato sauce 2 cans of chili beans 1 chopped onion 1 packet chili seasoning 1 or 2 tablespoons of black pepper (based upon preference) Directions: Fry the ground beef with the chopped onion and pepper, drain the fat. Mix (in a seperate pot) the sauce,beans and chili mix. Stir the sauce mix often. Add in the cooked meat. Cook for 1/2 hour to taste. Serve and sing Deep in the Heart of Texas.
