Hotter-than-hell Chili * 2 Tbs. oil * 1 onion, chopped * 2 lbs.. chili meat * 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, pulverized * 2 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce * 1 tsp. sugar * 2 tsp. paprika * 3 cloves garlic, minced * 4 fresh jalapeno peppers * 8 Tbs. chili powder * 4 Tbs. cumin * Salt to taste * 3 Tbs. cayenne pepper * 1 Tbs. tequila Method: SautŽ onions in oil. Add meat and sautŽ till it changes color. Add remaining ingredients except tequila. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for two hours. When ready to serve, pour tequila over the top and light for effect!
