Hike 'n' Fire Chili 2 1/2 - 3 lbs Chuck Roast or tenders 1 large onion, diced or minced 1ST BATCH: 1 Tbl garlic 16 oz tomato sauce 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1 can of beef stock 2 tsp MSG 1/4 tsp white pepper 2ND BATCH: 1 Tbl garlic 4 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp white pepper 3 Tbl dark chili powder 1 Tbl light Pure chili powder 4 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Cut meat into cubes. Put into container. Add 5 or 6 drops of oil in skillet. When warm, add 1/3 meat. Sear meat. Do this three times in 3 batches. Put meat in chili pot. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add 1st batch. Cook until meat is tender. ÊAdd 2nd batch. Cook 15 minutes. Turn off.
