Healthy Heart Turkey Black Bean Chili 2 lbs. ground turkey 2 cloves chopped garlic 2 tsp. olive oil 1/2 c. red onion 1/4 c. red bell pepper 1/4 cup. yellow bell pepper 1/4 c. chopped carrot 2 jalapeno peppers (seeded and chopped) 2 cups cooked black beans(drained & rinsed if canned 2 tbsp. cilantro 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice Saute ground turkey in skillet with olive oil until browned. Add remaining vegetables. Cook mixture, stirring often until vegetables are softened. Stir in cooked black beans, cilantro, and lime juice. Cook until heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
