From: Judy Kelius (judy@chesco.com) http://www.fatfree.com/recipes/chili/harvest-burgers-chili Green Giant Harvest Chili 1/2 bag Harvest Burger crumbles 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 can RoTel tomatoes with chilis 1-2 cans of beans of your choice (tonight I am using pinto beans cooked from dry) 1-2 cups frozen corn Chili powder and salt to taste 3-4 carrots, chopped 3-4 stalks of celery, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1/2 large green pepper, chopped 2-3 cups of water or until consistency is what you want I tend to make chili with more vegetables than most recipes call for so it is like a chili vegetable soup - I also add broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, etc. - whatever I happen to have, but the above ingredients are usually my minimum.
