Green Flash Turkey Chili Makes 6 servings http://www.favoritebrandrecipes.com/Recipes/350/3356001350.htm Ingredients 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided 3 large stalks celery, diced 1 large green bell pepper, diced 2 green onions, sliced 2 large cloves garlic, minced 1 pound ground turkey 4 cups canned white kidney beans, drained and rinsed 1-1/2 cups water 1/3 cup TABASCO® brand Green Pepper Sauce 1-1/4 teaspoons salt 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add celery and green bell pepper; cook about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add green onions and garlic; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove vegetables to plate with slotted spoon. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to saucepan; cook turkey over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring frequently. Add vegetable mixture, kidney beans, water, TABASCO® Green Pepper Sauce and salt to saucepan. Heat to boiling over high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover saucepan and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in parsley just before serving.
