Green Chile Con Carne large round steak 1/2 onion, diced 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon flour 1 medium tomato diced 4 long green chiles, roasted, peeled and diced dash garlic powder 1 teaspoon canola oil 2-3 cups water Cut steak into bite size squares. Place steak in a large skillet, and brown it over medium heat in canola oil. Mix in the rest if the ingredients, and cook for 15 minutes on low heat, occationally stirring. Add 2-3 cups of water depending on desired thickness. Simmer for 25 minutes. Serve as a main dish with beans and rice, or rolled in a tortilla.
