Gail's Hearty Chili from Southern U.S. Cuisine http://southernfood.miningco.com/food/southernfood/library/cprec/bl100_5.htm 4 Lb Ground Chuck 60 Oz Tomato Sauce 48 Oz V-8 Juice 1 Cup Chopped Onion 1 Cup Chopped Celery 2 Tbsp Chili powder 1 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar 28 Oz Chili Beans 1 Pkg. Cincinnati Chili Seasoning Mix 1 Pkg. Kroger Brand Mild Chili Seasoning Mix 2 8-oz. Cans Tomato Paste 6 Beef bouillion cubes 1 Big splash Worcestershire Sauce Brown ground beef. Drain well. Place all other ingredients in a slow cooker and add the meat. Cook on low for 6 to 9 hours. Serve with crackers or cornbread. Note: Gail cooks this in a 6-quart crock pot.
