Five Alarm Chili 1 lb. lean beef 1 Tbsp. hot pepper oil 5 cloves garlic - minced 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 2 Tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. crushed chili 1/2 tsp. cayenne 2 cans kidney beans - drained 1 green bell pepper - bite size pieces 1 red bell pepper - bite size pieces 3 onions - bite size pieces 1 28 ox crushed tomatoes 200 gr. Cheddar cheese - shredded Combine oil, garlic, beef, spices until meat if full cooked. Add onions, green and red peppers until tender. Add crushed tomatoes. Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes at low. Add beans for the last 30 minutes. Serve and top with shredded cheese.
