Fat-Free White Chili 1 pound white beans, washed & sorted 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 7 cups water 2 cloves garlic 4 chicken boullion cubes 2 onions, chopped 2 t. cumin 1/4 t. ground cloves 1/4 t. cayenne pepper salt & pepper to taste Put beans and chicken in large soup pot with water and boullion cubes and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is done. Take out chicken and cut up, then put back in pot. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 3 hours, until beans are tender. Add more water if necessary.
