Fast Venison Chili 1 lb Cooked, ground venison 1 lb Cooked, diced bacon 3 md Size onions, chopped 3 16 oz. cans diced tomatoes 3 16 oz. cans hot chili beans 2 Cloves garlic (press or finely slice) 1/2 c Brown sugar, packed 3 tb Chili powder (more if desired) Combine all ingredients in large pot and cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 hours or as long as possible. The longer you cook chili the better the flavor it has. Serve the chili over cooked minute rice in place of pasta or crackers.
