Dale Eckart's Chicago Chill Chili Ingredients: 1 lb. Ground Pork 1 lb. Ground Beef (2) 28 oz. cans stewed sliced tomatoes (2) 28 oz. cans tomato sauce 1 15 oz. can black beans 1 15 oz. can pinto beans 4 Tbsp. Chili powder 2 Tsp. Ground Cayenne Pepper 1 Tsp. Oregano 1 Tsp. Ground Cumin 1 Tsp. Paprika 1/2 Tsp. Sugar 1 Tsp. Minced Garlic 3 Haba¤ero Peppers, diced small 2 Banana Peppers, diced small 16 oz. finely grated Mexican blend cheese 1 extra large Spanish onion soft corn tortillas In a large pot, combine tomatoes, sauce, beans, chili powder, Cayenne pepper, oregano, ground cumin, paprika, and sugar and begin simmering under low heat. In a large frying pan, toast the peppers in 1 tablespoon oil. Add ground pork to peppers and fry until brown. Transfer pork and peppers to sauce. Brown ground beef and add to sauce. Simmer under low heat for 3-4 hours. Serve with cheese, onions, and heated soft tortillas. Dale Eckart
