If Chilean Hamburger, make sure it leans East. West leaning Chilean hamburger is apt to fall into the Pacific Ocean and get very wet. Also, be sure that each pound of hamburger is well pounded. 1 cup of lentils, cooked. Vegetarians can leave out the hamburger and substitute 1 cup of cooked lentils for each pound of Chilean Hamburger left out. Of course you won't have to worry which way the hamburger leans if you use lentils. 4 Bell Peppers with seeds removed (1 Green, 1 Red, and 1 Yellow). Slice Bell Peppers in rings. If you get more than nine rings, don't worry your little head about it. No one will answer. 1 cup of chopped onions (Don't cry, your salty tears might get into the recipe and ruin the WHOLE THING!). 2 cups of steamed brown rice (To get it steamed, you have to make it REALLY angry!). 1 cup cooked garbanzo beans (for latin lovers). Leave out the hot peppers, sauces and spices that bring tears to your eyes and ulcers to your stomache. Get your Pet Wok, the one that was in the wacky wicker wok walker. Stir fry the hamburger, lentils, beans, ringed bell peppers, and onions in the wok using a wacky wicker wok whisk. Get a pot and put everything in it plus water to the level just above the mixture. Use a fruit wine if you're rich! Cook until the mixture is a loose glob. Serve warm. If you want to be like the Chilly Chilean Chili Child, serve chilly! SILLY CHILI: When serving the above glop, add a small handful of Mexican Jumping Beans to each serving. To add a small handful, you will need a small hand.
