Aunt Mary's Chili Serving Size: 12 4 large onions chopped 8 pods garlic minced 1 bell pepper chopped 2 tsp olive oil 3 lbs chili ground meat or deer 8 Tbsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin 6 Tbsp flour 1 large cans tomato paste 1 tsp sugar water to cover parsley flakes 1 Jalapeno pepper chopped Tabasco to taste Sauté onions, garlic, bell pepper in olive oil. Add meat and brown. Mix in chili powder, stir and flour, mix well, add tomato paste & sugar. Stir in water, parsley flakes and cumin. Add water so that mixture is not soupy. Simmer 2 to 3 hours.
