From: "Berger, Jennifer N." http://www.fatfree.com/recipes/chili/can-chili All in the Can Chili 2 cans of black beans 1 can of chili seasoned tomatoes (I used Del Monte Chili Style Diced Tomatoes) 1 extra large can of diced tomatoes 1 can of Mexican corn 1 can of kidney beans 1 small can of diced green chilies 1 small can of whole spinach leaves 1 large russet potato 1 large white onion Open all cans and cut up the potato and onion. Place all ingredients in a large pot and cook for 1 hour. Serve with ff tortillas and salsa like chili, or eat in a bowl like soup. Serves 4 and you will have leftovers! Tastes great -- season with pepper, Tabasco sauce, or whatever.
