Cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, stirring often to separate meat; drain fat. 2. Add beef, tomato sauce and beans to slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours. Garnish with cheese and sliced green onions, if desired. Carol says Just dump everything into your slow cooker.
