Chili recipes
This database is over five years old and is still growing. However, it's not back to its original size...when I moved to my own domain, my old ISP managed to loose a large number of my recipes. I'm still rebuilding!
So far it has over 1000 recipes for chili!
Most of the original data was taken from seed catalogues that I obtained locally, and that were sent to me from other Chile-Heads around the world. It was then supplemented from information found by going through websites across the Internet. Later on, information was received direct from seed and plant growers, and from research universities involved in the development of new varieties.
Please select the recipe list you wish to look at using the 'starting letter' on the left, or you can use the website dedicated search engine below. Note that some recipes appear more than once, but under different names.
I have separated out the Venison, Texas and Vegetarian chili recipes into their own sections. Note though that unless the title of the recipe specifically states that it is one of these types of recipe, it will only appear in the normal A-Z sections. You can find Vegan recipes under the Vegetarian section.
